Terms of Service

When you place an order, you're making us an offer to buy. We confirm the order by email once payment clears. Prices are in USD unless otherwise noted, and we reserve the right to correct pricing errors before shipping.

Payment is taken at checkout via Shopify Payments. We accept the cards listed in the footer and any wallet integrations Shopify offers (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay).

Standard orders ship within 3 business days of payment clearing and typically arrive within 7 business days inside the continental US.

Cider ships refrigerated and only on selected days each week — order by Thursday for the following week's drop. Cider cannot be expedited or shipped outside the continental US.

If a bottle arrives broken or you're unhappy with what you received, email hello@longview.farm within 30 days. We'll refund or replace at our discretion.

Cider is non-returnable for food-safety reasons but we'll refund any jug that arrives spoiled or damaged.

Longview gift cards are delivered by email, redeemable on any product in the shop, and do not expire. They cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

The Longview Farm name, logo, photography, and journal writing are ours. You're welcome to share links and screenshots; please ask before reposting full articles or photographs.

Longview Farm's liability for any single order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect losses (e.g. that batch of caramel you ruined). Some jurisdictions don't allow this limitation, so it may not apply to you.

We'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page whenever the terms change. Continued use of the shop after a change constitutes acceptance.
